Store bought duck. Seared with a reduced black fig balsamic sauce, diced andouille sautéed in red onions with a good olive oil and spears! Super easy, fairly cheap and look great when plated. Not to mention DELICIOUS!

To make "fancy Chinese" use filet mignon/duck/quail...bok choi/shallots/roasted garlic...jasmine rice, do a Benihana flame with a V.S.O.P (be careful, I put a serious melt on my microwave handle)... be creative in the kitchen chopping up vegetables, munching and crunching while downing a nice cabernet/shiraz/pinot.
