You can't lead your children to Jesus by disowning them. I have four adult kids. None of them share my faith. One is gay. I still love them and I pray for them. We have a close bond.

What do they believe/not believe in?

One married an obnoxious far-left prog and now she's an atheist.

The gay one is torn I think. The alphabet people tell him how horrible Christians are but he sees that his parents aren't anything like that. But he's in that lifestyle and not in church.

Another is probably more agnostic. She is just so influenced by pop culture and social media that she can't let go long enough to actually seek the Lord. She does let us take our grandson to church and her boyfriends parents are practicing Christians too.

The final one believes in God and was faithful throughout college. But once working she fell in with the "party" girls. She just isn't willing at this point to give up the world pleasures to serve God.

But the prayers of the faithful avail much. I pray the Lord will place someone in their lives to plant the seeds. Mom and Dad are old fogies who don't understand anything after all.
