The way I see it, let DA coach for one more year, try to get a brand new offensive coordinator and unload as much of the salary cap as possible. Take the hit in 2024. Use next year's draft plus look at the USFL/XFL rosters as possible replacement for the high salary cap veterans
If Allen can scrape together a good season with the different roster and plenty of salary cap for 2025, then so be it. If not then it opens up for a new coach to come in with plenty of salary cap and a high draft pick
