Think what some people are overlooking is the trigger: stress.
She’s doing a national media interview. Her stress level would probably be extremely high which makes the symptoms very strong.

In one interview I watched she said her ticks get really bad/worse when she’s talking about them or her Tourette’s which makes sense.
she can control it keep it under wraps in more normal life but when she gets stressed or she has to answer questions about the ticks the ticks happen
hers also mostly come in sets of threes
I’m sure she could be exaggerating it, but that level of “faking” it would be quite a feat…not laughing or breaking yourself and the head and mouth face movements etc.
