Pretty sure she’s a phony, several people that went to school her with have said she acted normal and they didn’t know about her “Tourette’s ” til she got big on TikTok. She wouldn’t be the first TikToker to fake it.

I don’t know if she has a legit Tourette’s diagnosis, but she clearly embellishes in her social media posts.
