Gavin Guidry moved to LC when he was 11. Brody Drost transferred legally and sat out his freshman year to be eligible. Both moved because they wanted to play at Barbe and were not interested in being a part of the politics is SHS.
Also to be fair, both were actually recruited but not by Barbe! They were both called by another high school coach multiple times over multiple weeks to transfer to their school because things were tough at Barbe.

That is not true. I know the family personally. They moved after his 8th grade year.

Without going to far, the last part of your post about only being contacted by the coach your talking about is 100% false. Every coach around knew he headed to Barbe.
