Sometimes it’s young people who are having a hard time figuring out themselves and it is a way they can make a few dollars. Not everyone perfectly has their shite together. Nobody needs to be a jerk.

I know someone who is a retired insurance company staff attorney who does Uber Eats. He works 15-20 hours a week and says he averages making $250 -$300 a week. He says it gets him out the house, has the flexibility to work whenever he wants, very low stress. He says he likes driving around and listening to some of his favorite podcasts. He says he could do part time law work of some kind, but after 40 years of law, he doesn't want anything to do with it anymore. He doesn't need the money, he uses the money he makes to pay for his granddaughters sorority expenses and gives her spending money.
