Dude, the BCS is about money and what bowl official in their right mind would pick Boise St over Ohio St given the state of the economy? Buckeye fans travel well and will sell out the stadium. The ratings for OSU BCS games blow away non-BCS schools (around 11 rating for OSU, 7 for non-BCS). $$ talks.

If this was the case, then what are Va Tech and Cincinnati doing in there? If they were all about money (which is ok), they wouldn't lock in undeserving 4 loss conference champions vs glorified cupcakes.

How many Big East/ACC teams did Florida or Alabama lose to?
when a team with 4 loses and a team with 3 loses are playing in your CCG, your conference is crap.
