This post is so ridiculous that I almost don’t even want to address it.

We have a defense budget of $1.5T dollars. That’s TRILLION with a T. The money we give to Ukraine is on top of that. frick those guys.

If you want to argue that we don’t actually have that money, then, fine, I don’t disagree with you. But no one else does either. We’re the tallest midget in terms of debt.

The cohesiveness, the politeness, the basic good order of society, it reminded me of the America of my childhood. I wish that country still existed.

I don’t support us being involved in the conflict in Ukraine at all. However, the love for Russia on this board is astounding to me. Russia is a mafia state run by a single, ruthless dictator. I hate that we are developing into a country ruled by a group of tech oligarchs, but you compare the soxiety that we have here to the society that exists in Russia is ridiculous on its face.

It’s country that is about to die. It’s invasion of Ukraine is the last gasp to reinvigorate its population and its industrial base.

frick Ukraine and frick anyone that thinks things are going well for Russia. That whole part of the world can rot for all I care.
