His Grandpa has been a family neighbor and friend for last 50 yrs or more and his update to me yesterday was he has been taking classes at alternative school for graduation and conducting workouts with scouts and getting ready to play with a team out of Texas until MLB draft. No update on incident or progress on that front

Heard in at HS in Houston. Family suing Barbe etc and strength coach who I understand is unpaid volunteer
