Get rid of standing water. If you have a swamp near you, you are fricked. But if you are like me and your kids play stuff constantly holds small puddles those are all skeeter egg laying homes.
Yes get a 1 gallon sprayer and mix 1oz of Bifer per gallon and go to town on anything once a month or so. Shrubs, house, grass, whatever.
