I had success using it for years on 1.5 acres. You need to spray grass, brush, eves, leaves on trees that you can reach, so your whole yard. Mosquitos live on the underside of all this stuff, so the more you spray the better the results. I have a tank sprayer that can be both a boom and a wand sprayer.
It helps with spiders and red ants. First spraying needs to be followed up by a second one in 2-3 weeks then every 2-3 months. Keep pets off of grass for a few hours after spraying.
Avoid flowers as it will kill bees and anything you will consume like fruit trees.
I tried to spray when no rain for a day or two, but generally rain isn't a problem for it.
