I pay it too, but if owning a 1/4 acre anywhere in the state gave you a resident license everyone would do it. States like Kansas and Iowa are another step further, you’re not guaranteed tags just because you own land.

I don’t think that is what he is talking about, think he talking about hunting on land that he owns , and I fully agree a non resident should be able to hunt on land he owns without having to purchase a NR license
