How bad is the shortage in CA?
Anyone with knowledge. California has strong nursing unions and highest cost of living with state income tax etc etc.
That 169 is still a good wage but it balances out. Tell a bunch of folks in struggling states like Louisiana it turns heads. Also location. I got a text offer (get them daily) for travel jobs. One was Ventura California which a quick glance of map location seemed beautiful?? Other location were inland. Or south and inland. Palm Springs in the summer probably ain’t the best.
