Did you makeup the 169/hr number? It’s not mentioned anywhere in the article.

Simple states minimum wage for all healthcare works will be at a minimum of 25/hr and Kaiser will give raises of up to 21% by 2027

I saw a post on r/nursing 2 weeks ago that said that the hourly wage for Kaiser nurses would be raised up to $169.00 an hour that was a result of this negotiation. For some reason I can’t find it now but it’s definitely true. When I find it I’ll post the link
