A couple of things have me puzzled with my decision.
1. LSU always shows up in bowl games under Miles. Our opponents haven't been that fantastic, but we're always well prepared and hit on all cylinders.
2. Georgia Tech is a team you can NEVER trust. When you think they've turned the corner, they go back in the wrong direction. When they look hopeless, they surprise you. A complete mystery of a program.
3. LSU's defense blows, and if those new coordinators aren't at LSU with a few weeks to prepare, we will continue to suck.
4. LSU hasn't shown up for a game all year minus Bama. Georgia Tech has shown up all year and played above and beyond.
While I want to go with LSU's recent bowl history, and GT's typical up and down results, I'm going with GT big:
GT - 45
LSU - 31
The worst season in recent memory ends on a fitting note.
