Youd be wrong. I have ran a couple of businesses for other people and I ran my own business for 14 years...and more to the point I have worked for a living for 44 years. Never one time was I ever paid a penny I did not earn and I never once paid an employee a penny they did not earn. I am sorry if your employer pays you more than you have earned, that's awful nice of them. I wouldn't take it but that's just me, I don't go around taking hand outs.

No employer should ever pay anyone anything they did not earn and no employee should accept nor expect anything they have not earned. That would be akin to buying a poung of ground beef at Kroger and paying them more than they were asking for it because they deserved it somehow...
