The article itself said that the guy, "....generally avoided drinking large amounts of caffeine...".

Both this guy and the original girl, as a rule, avoided things with large amounts of caffeine. For some reason both decided to drink something called "Charged Lemonade".

ETA: On top of that, to have consumed the amount of caffeine stated, the guy would have had to have chosen the largest size and the drink offering with the most caffeine, and he would have had to have drank it without ice.

Seems like odd behavior for a person who "....generally avoided drinking large amounts of caffeine....".
