Ok, why was the case brought to Washington?
Before then it was settled and had precident. Why would you question it?
Took someone with means to fight and overturn thar which you are holding so dear now. You said it perfectly. The hill to climb to defeat the developer dollar is too much. You support the whore and support taking private land...even though you act morally superior and oppose it.
Also, still yet to describe the actual public benefit of the roundabout.
