I find myself agreeing with this.
Sure, Napoleon was flawed, but everyone is. He accomplished far more than most. Having read on the subject, a good bit of it seemed personal rather than historical.

Indeed he was flawed. I consider waging war in order to declare and maintain oneself as “emperor” to be a flaw. But that’s me.
