I always got thin crust vegetarian, my husband got thick crust meat lover’s pizza. He ordered us each a pizza one time, but the guy questioned the thin crust, saying "does she really want that? It will be dry like a cracker" so my husband changed mine to whatever the guy suggested! When he arrived, the pizza guy had three pizzas ready…My husbands, and both versions for me, because he realized he might have gotten my husband in trouble if he turned up with the "wrong" pizza!
Sooooo, we got a free pizza, but I would not have been mad either way. I mean, the thickness of my pizza crust a total, as you say, "first world problem."
