Thanks to all reponses. I was having trouble finding examples, but finally found some that could help some. And for why I care?...not sure why that matters, but just wondering if its an issue I need to be concerned about. Especially since I've started to workout, including my legs, so don't want to make anything worse if its a potential issue. No current pain and didn't even notice until I was standing in front of the mirror at the gym. My patella isn't dislocated either.

The following is what I see as normal. Feet straight and knees straight above them. I'm not pigeon toed, as my stance is similar to the below, but my knee caps point outward (like in 2nd pic below).

Knocked knees is the one on the left, which is not my stance at all. Or maybe I'm on the path towards knocked knees and why I'm asking to see if I can prevent it. The one on the right is more similar in the way the knees don't line up above the feet like in the above pic.

For some reason this pic isn't showing up when I do the preview, so heres the link in case its not showing up - https://progressposture.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/maxresdefault-768x432.jpg

As long as it isn’t causing any pain you’ll be fine. Most people with knock knees don’t have any pain at all and it doesn’t affect their ability to walk, it just looks weird
