He was losing and underachieving before last season when he had that great breakout season that he is now building up on with what they've done this season. But knowing that he makes 3 mil a season and can now go up to 4.5 mil a season is pretty nice for coaching at Tulane.
Ed Daniels stated that Tulane is prepared to go up to $4.5m a year (from $3m) tp pay Willie Fritz.
