Offense will be good, but not great. Defense does not look to improve. So Kelly's claim of being one year away from competing for a NC seems to be far from likely. 8 wins would be the ceiling I think unless they do better at recruiting, preparation and the portal.

I think at worst the defense will be margins better. If for no other reason than young guys for experience this year.

Recruiting - less than needed to win the SEC. Abysmal with the DL, DBs and need higher level LBs too.
