Derrick Mason would be a much better DC at LSU and checks all the boxes. Plus he’s young and can easily communicate with these young athletes. He’s a great recruiter as well. He knows the SEC, has HC experience, has developed good players into stars and he’s smart. Go get the best DB, LB and DL coaches in America to come support him and I bet we’d have a top 10 defense in a short period of time.
