The age of consent is 16 and the girl is 17, is what i understand the situation to be. Where did it occur? In oklahoma the age of consent is 16.
I think very clearly im arguing that he shpuldnt be called a pedo if the girl is above the age of consent.

Fair enough. From what I’ve read we don’t actually know her age; however, the allegation is that she’s under age.
