Building a swing for three, eventually putting a 2 person bench

Dimensions with the brackets purchased call for:
1 - 4"x6"x120"
4 - 4"x4"x96"
What's the best type of wood to use and would it be worth it to stain it?

Hard to beat cypress if it’s outside and exposed to elements. Teak or Eucalyptus IMO if it is outside but protected from the rain and you don’t want cypress.
