All of Congress, and especially US Congress, is 100% unequivocally guilty of dereliction of duty. Their first and foremost job is to pass a balanced, yearly budget and that hasn't happened since the mid-90s. Instead they ram through these "thousands-of-pages-packed-with-pork" propositions in omnibus bills and such that basically allow them to allocate taxpayer funds toward programs and expenditures that the Constitution otherwise prohibits in a real budget bill.

It's a pretty disgusting and evil racket they have going, and 70%+ of Americans don't even realize that Congress has been illegal operating for nearly 3 consecutive decades.

I'm all for ANYONE who believes in the Constitution and liberty to seek and win office fairly and lawfully from the local level all the way up to the Presidency.
