In a libertarian paradigm, obviously not. As a libertarian living in a decidedly non-libertarian society, considering the constant onslaught of nanny state bullshite, I’m genuinely surprised this hasn’t already happened.

They are putting damn kill switches in vehicles beginning in 2026.

Thomas Massie proposed an amendment to remove this from one of their giant bills and 8 Republicans votes against it including Garret Graves.
