Now, you can come up with an entirely new recipe (if you are good at it) and bring it, but don't butcher an established recipe for some bullshite you found on tiktok.

I mean I’m not putting 10 eggs in Mac and cheese but one egg to make sure it thickens up and doesn’t separate after mixing isn’t unusual. At all.
It’s like putting an egg in meatloaf to help keep it from falling apart.
