Oh I definitely appreciate and practice the art of dark humor.

I also appreciate the condolences from y’all.

She lived a long life. I celebrate the good memories. How many of y’all can say you went squirrel hunting for breakfast with your Gramma in the hollows of Kentucky, and she killed, cleaned and cooked squirrel and eggs??

I am blessed to have such a great role model in my life. She truly walked the walk.

Thank you. It's the best way for dealing with grief a lot of the time.

We just buried my grandfather today. He was my last grandparent. I was very fortunate to spend a lot of time with both sets of grandparents growing up. They all taught me different life lessons that I will never forget. Treasure them while they are here and try to keep their memory alive when they are gone.
