re: How To Handle Dogs While Hunting

I know a guy that had some beagles(only rabbit dogs of course) and they kept swimming a creek and running deer and a guy caught them and the owner came to get them. A week later it happened again and the guy called him up and only gave him the collars. After a few minutes he told him the dogs were in a pen and the guy took them home.
They never crossed that creek again. I don’t know if he just never hunted them around there again or if he convinced them to not cross a creek, but they were never a problem again.
