this is interesting. Golf and tennis are the two sports I think my daughter would be a good fit for. Maybe the ultra competitiveness of the usual sports is driving people away. Cant just go play to have fun anymore.

I’m thinking it’s more of a Covid effect (at least the drop in team sports and rise in individual sports). Golf and tennis was wide open during the pandemic. Easy to go to the range and hit balls.
