That sucks man. Depending on the contract you might not have much recourse. I have seen some offer "if you don't profit X dollars in 90 days we'll refund all your money" but I've never read the contract language.

This very might fall into a "buyer beware" situation where they just didn't perform well / Amazon banned your store or item and the "automation company" doesn't hold themselves responsible for that.
