Time is really the enemy also. If you put that 200k on in 8-10 years you may get away with that.
I'm a believer in changing the fluids when they need it sometimes even sooner than the factory recommends.
On my Tundra Toyota says to change the transmission fluid every 60k if you tow. On a Ford F150 with a 10 speed they recommend 150k regardless.
On both vehicles I change it at 60k. Brake fluid every 3 years or so. Coolant at 100k. If you DIY fluids are pretty cheap compared to brake master cylinders, transmissions, differentials, and water pumps.
