I think the big losers are going to be the Companies. They'll get screwed over long term with this.
Big pharma is completely protected and will simply declare bankruptcy and reform as a different entity than ever pay out any money. Good luck trying to sue the Government on this, their argument will be they never "officially" forced it.
Companies forced it because they thought the Government would back them up. Then the mandate was struck down and big pharma will tell those Companies it was always "Emergency Use" and never truly Approved.
For Companies that forced their employees to get vaccinated as a condition of employment (or continued employment) I think they are going to be in for a world of hurt. Especially for Companies that prior to Covid never forced any vaccines as a condition of employment.
As far as I'm concerned those Companies have agreed to cover medical costs for any negative impacts the vaccine has for the rest of their employee's life, including well after they have left that Company. And if the vaccine causes disability that forces a person out of the workforce and unable to earn an income, that Company should be forced to pay them their annual salary (adjusted each year for inflation and what raises other employees in the same level received) plus medical benefits for the rest of that person's life.
