There is a use for this stuff. I know a few people that have been diagnosed with autoimmune diseases and stay on steroids. They have gained 30-70 pounds and eat right. The steroids just win the battle when it comes to weight. They also cause more health problems because these people now have become obesite.

This is a great thing for this group. But I'm general there's is no substitute for proper diet and hard work in the gym. This is a lasting lifestyle change.
