Are you not going to quote the part of the article that says what is being claimed is completely legal within NCAA rules?

Since some folks don’t want to present full context. Also from the linked article:

So the entire article is “hey, other Big Ten teams are doing something allowed within NCAA rules!”

Imo having a bunch of big ten staffers film the Michigan sideline and steal signs then pass along is way more effective/egregious then one person doing the same.

You can go back to being terrified of harbaugh though by being morally outraged I guess
