Caretakers are generally out of shape, lazy people imo. They do not take care of themselves so how am I going to trust them with my kid? That being said, if a place doesn't offer a camera view you can look at any time of the day then tell them to kick rocks

Mine went to home daycares but one was run by their great-aunt and the other was a longtime family friend who had cared for several generations of kids in the family.
