lol. no. It was okay. I think the biggest difference was their game ops. It was very professional and well done. Speakers were very clear but honestly a little too loud in Dixieland Delight. From the score updates to the showing of replays that favored Bama it was top notch.
I don't get the obsession with lights. Is it cool? Sure. But I'm not going to a game to see a light show. I can go to a concert for that. I actually prefer the old school lights.
Also, they did pipe music a lot and I don't really remember hearing their band. I am not in favor of this in DV but I would like upgraded for when the band can't play.
Overall, it just doesn't have the feel of a college football game to me. Felt more professional/showy. I would give it a 7/10 experience. Concessions looked pretty quick and bathrooms were plenty.
