The top 2 names everyone keeps saying are Aranda and Leonhard. Neither are strong recruiters. Perhaps bring Baker back. Who you got?

Aranda’s next move more than likely would be an NFL job.

I thought this before he took the Baylor job. Now I am not so sure. He was at Wisconsin for a bit so maybe he just wants to coach college?

Do you guys actually believe that a fan wishlist on a message board has any connection to reality?

Yes, this is being sent to Woodward and Kelly. So please take it serious.

It may not have any connection whatsoever; however, please let us cope in peace.

I’ve always advocated for Jimmy Lake as he is a great recruiter in the secondary, not to mention is the main reason Washington’s defense was so elite.

Lake wasn’t given a fair shake as a HC, neither did the boosters like him. Honestly, pay him 2.5+ and let him choose defensive staff hires.

Leonhard, Leonhard, leonhard. I doubt he will come but he’s number one far and away.

Why is he #1?

I’ve heard Pelini mentioned a few times. Besides that, could we pick off Michigan, Ohio State, or Penn State’s DC?

Lou Tepper is available. He is younger than Pete and has lots of experience.

Who cares at this point. Need a DC that has a fricking clue on how to scheme and adjust, what good is an airhead who can just recruit?

Aranda was here before and recruited just fine

I've always liked Lake but will he leave an assistant head coach position with the Rams.
Phil Parker or Morgan Scalley I think would be good

His track record at Wisconsin. He had some great defenses while he was there and they ran the ball. You can turn the reins over to him and let him go.
