Nobody has any leverage whatsoever to force BK to do anything. Nobody is writing and $80M check to get rid of him.

Onto House, I have no doubt that he is a good DC, but for whatever reason things are just really, really bad this year. I don't put that all on him. I don't think that he returns next year though. It will likely be a mutual parting of ways and it will not necessarily be based on the performance of the defense. The theme will likely be something akin to a better fit, or changing things up. House won't be the only staff change on defense either, and the ones made will have been more important than House.
