Neil Med Sinus Rinse Saline Powder Packets
Nasal irrigation will really help clear things out. I highly suggest using the premixed packets of sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate because they are pH balanced. Normal usage would be one packet per 8 ounces warm, distilled water, which is an isotonic solution. But since you have an active infection, you'll want to use *two* packets, making a hypertonic solution, which will pull and drain the crud out.
