M-F my alarm is set for 4:45 and I usually wake up about 15 minutes before it’s set to go off. My alarm probably only wakes me up about once or twice a month as I am usually up a little bit before.
On the weekends, I am usually up between 6:00-6:15…this morning I was up at 5:00 thanks to the time change. For the next week or two…I’ll be awake around 3:30-3:45 thanks to this stupid time change.
Give me DST year round…hate having it get dark at 5:00-5:15 in the afternoons for a couple plus months.
