My initial investment. Added a few hundred $$ more with dumbbells, weight racks, etc.
My 24Hour membership is only $22/year for rest of my life, so I will never break even. It was worth it though. Kids are at the age they can lift and it is nice to be out in the garage in peace and quiet sometimes.

I got a Marcy bench, 40lb bar, 45s, 35s, 25s, 10s, 5s plates for 250 about 10 years ago. I hung the pull down bar from the ceiling for pullups. Need to get more dumbbells.
