do that and the shite stops immediately, so grow some balls and start firing people rather than bitching on internet about it.
Do that and they will be back to work before quitting time and you will be spending the months running up to bankruptcy explaining to clients why their shite ain't getting done because you threw a hissy fit and fired eerybody....
