Probably because all off season it was “let’s get healthy and make a run this year” “ we’ve got the guys” etc. then 3 games in one of your leaders says “nah I’m good.”
Imagine how you feel when you go to work and your boss is never around or he’s always heading out early because he’s salaried and you have to stay to punch the clock out.
