I don't recall anything resembling loan repayment or interest income reported on Biden's tax releases. That doesn't mean they aren't there, but I've not seen them.

Assuming Joe actually provided the $40K to his brother and/or SIL, there would be a bank record of the transfer, at the least.

As such the $40K would be either a gift or a loan.

Either way, there would need to be a 2° tax record.
Where is it?

If Joe never provided the $40K in the first place, the ramifications are obvious. Same as with his supposed $200K loan to the same couple.
