- Boudin Burrito
- Summer Sausage w/ Jalapeno
- White Boudin
- Blood (Red) Boudin - One of the few places left offering
- Crawfish Boudin

I am not a fan of their Andouille and have found it overpowers nearly any dish I've put it in.

Most andouille is nothing more than smoked sausage. If you're using the real stuff, it doesn't take mush at all!
