My right shoulder is all messed up.

The one constant is incline barbell bench press is painful. I've basically stopped doing it.

I go through periods where I am fine military pressing and doing lateral raises, but sometimes those hurt as well. I'm almost always fine doing flat barbell bench press.

Same here. Other pressing exercises feel ok, maybe some discomfort on heavy days, but Incline barbell just kills my left shoulder. I just don’t do it anymore.
